Do you love the smell of fresh flowers in your home of office? Then our flower subscription is perfect for you!

On a Monthly Basis we will deliver a hand wrapped bouquet or vase of arranged flowers to your home or business. It’s the perfect way to brighten you or a loved one’s day!

 How Does it Work?

Choose either a hand wrapped bouquet or one of our vase arrangements.

Input the address you want the flowers delivered to and presto! You’ve got monthly flowers delivered to your home or business.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is there a minimum commitment required to sign up for a subscription?

A: Nope! We ask that you try it for a few months and if you don't love it, you can cancel!

Q:​ Am I able to set up a subscription as a gift?

A:​ Yes! We think they make the perfect gift! You can set one up for local delivery (Reno/Sparks) so the recipient receives their flowers right to their door!

Q:​ Can I change my selected day of the week?

A: ​Yes! A rescheduling email must be sent to camryn@helianthusfloraldesign.com 72 hours before your next charge date or you can update your delivery date in your customer account. Just login, click My account, and then Subscription and choose the new date

Q:​ Can I change my color palette?

A:​ Yes! A color palette request email must be sent to camryn@helianthusfloraldesign.com 72 hours before your next charge date.

Q:​ Can I skip an order?

A:​ Yes! You can do so through your customer account. Just login, click My account, and then Subscription. There, you can choose to skip a delivery and update other info.

Q:​ What happens if I miss my subscription delivery?

A:​ You or the recipient does not need to be home to receive your flowers. We will leave the delivery in a shaded area of your doorstep or business. A delivery driver will call if we are unable to safely deliver your flowers. If we are unable to deliver your flowers, they will be returned to our shop. You then have the option to pick them up or pay for a redelivery.

Q:​ How do I cancel my subscription?

A: You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account. Just login, click My account, and then Subscription. There, you can choose to cancel or adjust your subscription. ​
